• The Business Intelligence Developer (Junior) is responsible for developing, analyzing data, and maintaining database systems. This role helps transform raw data into valuable insights to support business decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and optimizing business performance at Circle K Vietnam/ Chuyên Viên Phân Tích và Phát Triển Hệ Thống BI chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, phân tích dữ liệu, và duy trì hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu. Giúp chuyển đổi dữ liệu thô thành thông tin hữu ích để hỗ trợ ra quyết định kinh doanh. Đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác, nhất quán và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất kinh doanh của Circle K Vietnam.

II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics systems to support the business needs of the BD-BX department and the entire company/ Phát triển và duy trì các báo cáo, dashboard và hệ thống phân tích dữ liệu phục vụ nhu cầu kinh doanh của bộ phận BD-BX và toàn công ty.
• Work with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into specific BI solutions. Assist in verifying, analyzing, and resolving data and reporting issues based on requests from other departments and management/ Làm việc với các phòng ban để hiểu yêu cầu kinh doanh và chuyển hóa chúng thành giải pháp BI cụ thể. Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến dữ liệu và báo cáo theo yêu cầu từ các bộ phận khác và cấp trên.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and processing/ Thiết kế và tối ưu hóa các truy vấn SQL để trích xuất và xử lý dữ liệu.
• Manage and maintain the databases of the BD-BX department and other departments upon request, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security/ Quản lý và bảo trì cơ sở dữ liệu của bộ phận BD-BX và các bộ phận khác khi có yêu cầu, đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác, nhất quán và bảo mật.
• Have basic knowledge of data collection processes from external sources (web scraping, APIs)/ Có kiến thức cơ bản về quy trình thu thập dữ liệu từ các nguồn bên ngoài (web scraping, API).
• Perform data integration from various sources into the BI system/ Thực hiện tích hợp dữ liệu từ các nguồn khác nhau vào hệ thống BI.
• Propose solutions to improve performance and optimize existing BI systems/ Đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu suất và tối ưu hóa các hệ thống BI hiện có.
• Collaborate with the IT department for data-related requirements when necessary/ Cộng tác với Bộ phận IT cho các yêu cầu dữ liệu khi cần thiết.
• Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

III. Job Requirements/ Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Dữ liệu, Thống Kê, Toán Tin, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn/ Tư duy cầu tiến và ham học hỏi.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a BI-related or data analysis or data engineer role/ Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1-2 năm với vai trò liên quan đến BI hoặc phân tích dữ liệu hoặc kỹ sư dữ liệu.
• Strong SQL programming skills with knowledge of query optimization and database management/ Kỹ năng lập trình SQL tốt, có hiểu biết về các giải pháp tối ưu hóa truy vấn và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, prefer Power BI. Proficiency in using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations in Power BI or similar BI tools. Experience in data manipulation and preprocessing with Power Query/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ BI như Power BI, Tableau, hoặc các công cụ tương đương, ưu tiên Power BI. Kỹ năng sử dụng DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) để xây dựng các tính toán nâng cao trong Power BI hoặc các công cụ BI tương đương. Kỹ năng thao tác và tiền xử lý dữ liệu với Power Query.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation/ Hiểu biết về ngôn ngữ lập trình Python hoặc R để thao tác với dữ liệu.
• Basic understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes/ Hiểu biết cơ bản về quy trình ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork/ Có tư duy phân tích, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
• Good communication and presentation skills to work with non-technical departments/ Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và trình bày để làm việc với các phòng ban không chuyên về kỹ thuật.

Plus:

• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse systems (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, or equivalent)/ Có kinh nghiệm thực hành làm việc với hệ thống Data Warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, hoặc tương đương).
• Knowledge of advanced data analysis methods (e.g., forecasting, analytical model deployment, machine learning)/ Knowledge of advanced data analysis methods (e.g., forecasting, analytical model deployment, machine learning).
