Compliance Senior Manager

1. Job Purpose:

A Compliance Senior Manager has to provide reasonable assurance to Leadership that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees, and that the Company is complying with all regulatory requirements.

2. Job Accountabilities:

  • Advice and monitoring: all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the Company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance Matrix: build regulation system and identify any regulations which impact the Company and relevant departments; Follow up with the new and changes in regulatory and conduct impact assessment to the business; Work with relevant departments to develop action plan.
  • Data Privacy: Develope and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures in alignment with applicable privacy laws and regulations; Collaborate with IT and Security Teams to ensure that technical measures for data protection are in place and effective.
  • Regular Compliance Testing/Audit: conduct an testing/audit that determines whether the Company is following its own policies and procedures in a particular area, and propose solutions if there is any potential non-compliance
  • Investigation: cooperate with relevant departments to investigate suspicious violations and incidents, and any potential issues within the C
  • Training and Awareness: conduct training and awareness to employees so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
  • Other tasks assigned by Legal Director from time to time.

 3. Job Requirements/ Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • Bachelor’s degrees in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Audit, or Risk Management.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in compliance or auditing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.
  • An analytical mind is also a must, and the ability to manage and prioritise work.
