• To ensure that the IT systems and operations are always in good condition./ Đảm bảo hệ thống và hoạt động công nghệ thông tin luôn trong tình trạng tốt.
• Assist IT Operations Manager, to provide advice and risk prevention on IT risks in the business./ Hỗ trợ IT Operations Manager trong việc đưa ra sự tư vấn và sự phòng ngừa các rủi ro về công nghệ thông tin trong doanh nghiệp.
• Assist IT Operations Manager to manage budgets, plan, and control costs in IT operations./ Hỗ trợ IT Operations Manager trong việc quản lý ngân sách, lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát chi phí trong các hoạt động vận hành công nghệ thông tin.

II. Job Accountabilities/ Trách Nhiệm Công Việc:

• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information is owned, controlled or processed by the organization. / Phát triển, triển khai và giám sát một chương trình quản lý an ninh thông tin doanh nghiệp và quản lý rủi ro IT chiến lược, toàn diện để đảm bảo tính chất chất lượng, tính bảo mật và tính khả dụng của thông tin do tổ chức sở hữu, kiểm soát hoặc xử lý.
• Ensures matching of IT requirements with business requirements in alignment with IT Architects./ Đảm bảo sự phù hợp giữa yêu cầu IT với yêu cầu kinh doanh trong sự cân đối với các Kiến trúc IT.
• Measure and enhance current security controls to comply with regulatory requirements, IT Security Policy and drive remediation of control gaps./ Đo lường và cải thiện các điều khiển bảo mật hiện tại để tuân thủ các yêu cầu quy định, Chính sách Bảo mật IT và thúc đẩy việc khắc phục khoảng trống kiểm soát.
• Regularly perform compliance assessment on policies, standards and drive remediation of control gaps./ Thường xuyên thực hiện đánh giá tuân thủ về chính sách, tiêu chuẩn và thúc đẩy việc khắc phục khoảng trống kiểm soát.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the performance, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure through capacity management./ Chịu trách nhiệm cho việc cải thiện liên tục hiệu suất, khả dụng và đáng tin cậy của hạ tầng IT thông qua quản lý năng lực.
• Take part in the implementation and operations of IT Infrastructure projects within the local business. / Tham gia vào việc triển khai và vận hành các dự án Hạ tầng IT trong doanh nghiệp .
• Provide reporting and metrics on the state of security ongoing and associated IT Operations to IT Operations Manager./ Cung cấp báo cáo và số liệu về tình trạng bảo mật và các hoạt động IT liên quan tới IT Operations Manager.
• Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

III. Job Requirements/ Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science./ Bằng Cử nhân về Kỹ thuật Máy tính, Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Viễn thông hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the IT Infrastructure field./ Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Hạ tầng IT.
• Experience on Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN./ Kinh nghiệm về Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN.
• Experienced in firewall, security policy configuration./ Có kinh nghiệm trong cấu hình tường lửa, chính sách bảo mật.
• Have excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and good knowledge of Web, Cloud. / Có kiến thức xuất sắc về LAN, WAN, TCP/IP và kiến thức tốt về dịch vụ Web, đám mây (Cloud).
• Have good analytical skills, time management skills, good problem-solving skills and honesty. / Có kỹ năng phân tích tốt, kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt và trung thực.
• Understanding of production and business processes to be able to participate in consulting solutions for the businesses. /Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất và kinh doanh để có thể tham gia tư vấn giải pháp cho doanh nghiệp.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and the ability to proactively identify problems/ circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time. /Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao và khả năng xác định vấn đề một cách chủ động/ đối phó với khó khăn để đưa ra các giải pháp đúng hẹn.
• Candidates who have worked in the multi-site environment are a plus. /Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường đa điểm là một điểm cộng.
• Candidates who have Oracle knowledge, Cloud services are a plus. /Ứng viên có kiến thức về Oracle, dịch vụ đám mây (Cloud) là một điểm cộng.
