Kitchen Manager
I. Job Accountabilities
- Cooking, Recipe and Refinement:
- Conduct regular testing to refine recipes, ensure to meet well standards of taste, food quality standard.
- Get feedback from internal customers and store to enhance and perfect menu items.
- Collaborate with the relevant team to conceptualize and create innovative menu items.
- Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all food products meet safety standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients for menu items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Cost Management, Training and Collaboration:
- Develop and manage budgets related to the kitchen, ensuring cost-effective without compromising quality.
- Train and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the consistent execution of innovative recipes.
- Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the culinary team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for innovative menu items.
II. Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong background in culinary arts and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese and international cuisines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good at English is a plus.
- Candidates should be Vietnamese
Education and Experience:
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience as Head Chef or related positions.
